Switzerland is fined up to 100 francs for individuals taking begging in the country

There are reports that a new law fines up to 100 Frank for individuals who take begging in Switzerland will be in effect.

The Swiss People's Party brought a new bill in parliament last year, calling for a permanent ban on begging in Watt province in Switzerland.

As this bill has received a majority support, the law will come into force at the most.

However, a new welfare body has filed a lawsuit in the court that this new law is a blot on the basic rights of beggars.

The judges rejected the petition saying they could not remove the ban on begging when the trial was held yesterday.

In addition, people who make beggars will be fined up to 50 to 100 Frank.

Furthermore, the law allows fines for 500 to 2,000 francs for those who are forced to beg for children and children.

It has been reported that the legislation, which has been well received among the public, will come into force in a few days.

The new legislation is also noteworthy in addition to the province of Wen Province, including the provinces of Geneva, Basel and Zurich in Switzerland.
